Delivery Information

Our standard delivery charge is £2.00+VAT for orders under £5 and £3.00+VAT for order over £5. Delivery is free on orders of £60+VAT.

We reserve the the right to choose the best method of delivery. This will either be by Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery 1st Class or by TNT next working day delivery. A signature will often be required upon delivery.

Dispatch time will usually be within 1-3 working days. Engraved tags can take up to 1 week to dispatch.

The tables below show the shipping charges for countries outside of the UK, based on weight. The prices are in Pounds Sterling but will be converted to another currency should you select a different one.

EU customers without a valid VAT number will be charged VAT at 20%.
